What a website rebuild actually includes
A rebuild is not a coat of paint. It is structure, content, design, and the systems that keep the site honest after launch.
Discovery before pixels
A proper rebuild starts with who the site is for, what actions matter, and what the current site is failing at. That brief drives sitemap, messaging, and technical choices — not a mood board alone.
Design, build, and content
Expect information architecture, page templates, responsive layouts, and production-ready front-end. Copy and imagery are either rewritten or carefully migrated so nothing important is lost in the swap.
Modern tools and advanced code sit under the surface: performance budgets, forms that reach the right inbox, analytics that do not wreck load time, and redirects from old URLs.
Launch is not the finish line
A rebuild should include staging, QA on real devices, SEO basics (titles, meta, sitemap, redirects), and a clear handover for updates. If “ongoing care” is part of the offer, that scope should be written down before go-live.
