Contact forms that actually reach you

A form that looks fine and delivers nowhere is worse than a mailto link.

Delivery is the feature

Submissions should hit an inbox you monitor, a CRM you use, or both — with spam filtering that does not silently drop real people. “Thanks” on the page means nothing if the email never arrives.

Ask only what you will use

Every extra field lowers completion. Name, contact, and enough context to reply well beats a twelve-field interrogation. Label errors clearly when something is missing.

Keep it maintainable

Modern tools and advanced code can wire reliable delivery, logging, and alerts. Still name an owner for the inbox. Orphaned forms are how leads disappear for months.
